- Don't mix up your hinges! Hinges have an exact order. After you remove a hinge, put it back in the same cabinet location it was on. Why?
If your hinges are the adjustable kind .... they are all uniquely adjusted to fit the original install. Depending on the best way to remove your doors ... BE CERTAIN you put each hinge back on the same location is came from. We usually just snap the hinge back on the cabinet until it's time to "reassemble" the newly painted doors
