Painting Bathrooms (around toilets) |

 Over the years I'd have to say that a lot of bathrooms I repaint were never
prepared and painted well in the first place. Good prep work around the toilet makes a healthy and clean looking bathroom.
The
PAINTING Guys put extra time in sanding and caulking all the areas that
trap urine from toilet flushing spray or splashing from men standing when .... If a wall
surface is rough and painted with cheap low sheen paints, urine sticks to it easier. Its also really nasty cleaning
those areas if they are rough and painted with low sheen (porous) paint.
Solution...
SAND WELL BEFORE YOU PAINT AROUND TOILETS
Use a
quality pearl or semi gloss paint for best hygienic results.
