What direction to paint?

Have you ever thought about what direction to go when painting a room?

Should I go left or right? Is there a better direction to cut and roll?

Actually there is. There is a reason why I can paint straight lines laser straight, smooth and fast. If you are right handed, paint counter clockwise. If your are left handed, go clockwise.
