Bad kitchen cabinet painting

Did you hire someone to paint your cabinets and the paint is chipping, peelings and cracking? Don't let this happen to you!

Bad kitchen cabinet caulking and painting (oak)
Over the last 10 years, we've seen an increase in bad kitchen cabinet painting jobs. Cracking seams, peeling paint, terrible caulking and rough finishing are the common things we see.
Occasionally we may help people fix someone else's bad work but it's rare because it could cost more money to fix a bad paint job than it's worth.
To avoid being ripped off there is one sure way to shortlist choosing the right painter or painting company. Ask them if they sand the cabinets and where they plan to paint everything.
  1. If they say they spray on-site ... RUN! Onsite painting is what goofy painting companies are doing.
  2. If they say they use degreasers instead of sanding ... RUN. Degreasers do not work.

We understand there are many ways to paint things and that not everyone gets the same results. There is no easy way to paint cabinets. We explain how we paint wood and other products throughout this website
