What type of paint is best for kitchen cabinets?

I'm debating painting my cabinets and am wondering what type of paint is recommended?

We prefer high-quality acrylic paint, specifically Benjamin Moore Aura, because it sprays excellently, is very durable and flexible, doesn't yellow or shrink, comes in hundreds of colours, and looks amazing on cabinets compared to all other products on the market.

We've been painting kitchen cabinets for decades and started using Benjamin Moore Aura in 2007 when it was introduced. That's 18 years of 5-star testimonials.

We have acrylic spray painting down to a science.

We realize not every painter achieves the same results, which is due to their skills and processes. The key factors are how well you clean, sand, prime, and spray the doors and drawers in a clean environment equipped with proper drying facilities, and how safely you transport everything back to the home for installation. Painters who are in a hurry or don't have a spray shop or proper training never achieve the same results. For those without experience or a shop, oil-based paint is the better choice.
