Regardless of how the cabinet boxes are painted, we always spray-paint the doors and drawers off-site in our shop. This ensures a smooth and durable finish for the most visible parts of your cabinets.

How Long Does It Take to Paint Kitchen Cabinets?
At PAINTING Guys, we don't speed paint or use fast-drying products. We are a high-quality painting company serving a niche market for clients who expect exceptional workmanship. Our meticulous process takes about 10 days from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with care. We don't refinish anything in one day, because we believe in delivering a beautifully finished product that stands the test of time.
NOTE: You can continue using your kitchen during the entire process and you don't even need to empty all your cupboards!
Our Process
- Day 1: We disassemble everything, prepping the cabinet boxes for painting and taking the doors and drawers to our shop. You won't see them again for approximately a week. Note: During this time, you can continue using your kitchen.
- Days 2 to 8: Off-site at our shop. This week is dedicated to sanding, painting, and allowing everything to dry and cure properly, ensuring it's ready for safe transport back to your home for reassembly.
- Day 9: We return to your home to complete the finish coating on the cabinet boxes.
- Day 10: We reassemble everything back together again.
This thorough process ensures that every step is meticulously handled, resulting in a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
