Overspray refers to the application of any form of paint, varnish, stain or other non-water-soluble airborne particulate material onto an unintended location.

Spray Painting Services

production wood staining services - PAINTING Guys

We use this sprayer for serious full body stains on large building where we are production flood coat spraying using ladders and man lifts to get around windows, avoid over-spray near cars etc. One man used this to apply 180 gallons of stain and back brush this building by himself in 11 weeks.

Steel Garage Doors

Painting steel garage doors like factory finish is not a problem. I use a special low pressure spray system that enables full bodied paint to be applied without reducing the viscosity (for example, honey has a much higher viscosity than water), thus producing smooth factory finishes with near zero over-spray.

Exhaust Fans

We use large exhaust fans to control dust.

A common complaint of owning a log home can be endless years of saw dust.

This can be avoided during the log finishing process.

Before our clear coating begins we air blast dust away. This process can actually take a few days and man is it worth it! Once everything is super clean, we start clear coating.

Tools and Equipment

Specialty brushes we use to clean house logs prior to applying the stain or clear coats.

Log Finishing Tools

We use industrial fans to push and pull sawdust and over-spray out of the house so the finish is as smooth and dust free as possible. This also massively reduces log dust after you are living in the home.
